Thoughts Chapter 1: Lost In The World by Kanye West

Here's Lost In The World (ft. Bon Iver) by Kanye West.
I'll never understand why this song ignited some thought that has been swimming around in my brain (brain cavity) but ever since I've been coming to terms with my Granny I must now try to come to terms with my mother before she truly pass away. This song makes me think of me destroying the world with red eyes crying constantly until all of America is destroyed. All I know is that if my mother passes away I hope I have a house way far out in the country because I will either need time alone or time with a whole bunch of people and a knife. Kanye was lucky enough to hide from the world after his mother's passing but me, I don't know what I'll do or even where I'll go. I'm scared......

Stop thinking about her.

She's still alive.
You're pushing everyone away
You're building up so much anger inside you
So much that people around you can feel it
I know you don't want to talk about it
But you need to learn how to hold it in if you don't talk.
The more you think about her passing the worse it will be.
I want you to be happy
I want you to go farther
I want you to smile and mean it.
She's still alive.
Please don't stress out about her passing away
One day it will happen.
And I promise you that
Everything will be ok.
Don't share everything to everyone now just do it
One by One
This mood you have
This feeling you have
This funk you have
Is eating at you
And it's eating away at you so fast that
You can't even express emotions anymore.
This is a new start, please try
Please socialize with your friends
And be happy.

Happily Melancholic Favorite #7: Silver Sorrow by Azure Ray

I have Drawing Down The Moon! I Actually received it about 11 days before the CD actually released. It's amazing, of course it is because it's Azure Ray. Out of the 13 songs the top five I loved the most were:

1. Silver Sorrow
2. Don't Leave My Mind
3. On & On Again
4. Lonely Girls
5. Make Your Heart

I loved this album so much that I even listened to the album on sunny days. God, I love Azure Ray!
Here's Silver Sorrow by Azure Ray.

Happily Melancholic Favorite #6: Spark by Moumoon

Man, I love Moumoon, especially their new mini album, Spark. The title track is so happy and great. Puts a big smile on my face.
It's a great song to listen to when your driving around the world in the morning. The whole EP is great for the morning really.

Melancholy In Love Pt. VII: 23:30 by Perfume

I love Perfume, but this song and their other song, "Kiss & Music" are my favorites. "23:30" is their best slow slow they've (only) made. All I can say is that this song really calms down the numbness and anger I feel. It's hard to feel HappilyMelancholic all the time when people don't like you....
I also love this song because it reminds me of love. I think is that's the reason why it calms me down. Because it has that sense of love, calm, and understanding.
The instrumental is great too. Perfect to sleep to and perfect contemplative music too.

Happily Melancholic #6: Not Unprepared by Tash Parker

I really love this song. It reminds me of a lonesome journey through the city or even through the country. Just a lonesome journey. I found this song while looking through blogspots out of boredom. Luckily I stumbled upon a good artist. If you like the lonely feeling of folk you'll love this song.
Here's Not Unprepared by Tash Parker

I highly recommend this song, really great.

Perfect Times To Listen To It....

Perfect Day: Windy Days
Perfect Season: Fall/Autumn

Melancholy In Love Pt. VI: I Never Really Loved You by the NeverEndings

I love Ivy, and hearing that their releasing a new album is great news to me. But, while I was trying to find information about the next album, I found out about this great duo.
The NeverEndings, are Dominique Durand and Andy Chase. Their songs are great for the other side of summer. Especially with this song, I Never Really Loved You.
I really like the beginning of the song, it gives you a sense of what the feelings going to be. Cold, distant, dark, and alone. The melody is somewhat upbeat while the lyrics are really good but really dark. Kind of the opposite version of Ivy.

Here's a song to start your summer of lovin' and/or summer of heartbreak.

The Goddess of Happily Melancholy - Akino Arai

The Goddess of Happily Melancholy - Akino Arai
A Goddess is one that explores the elements, one that is not always in the public eye, one that's humble, nice, and recognized for their strengths. Akino Arai fits all these qualities. But why a Happily Melancholic Artist you ask?
Listen to "Voices[Video]" or "Wanna Be An Angel[Video]" and then rethink that question. Ok, if you're still wondering why, I understand. Those songs to me are not her ultimate best ones but they're the most popular songs.
To me she really broadcasts the sense of Happily Melancholy in pretty much all of her good songs. The balancing of the two polar opposite emotions, the vocals, melodies, lyrics, sounds, feelings, all of it is so powerful and needed for recognition.
All of her songs are either, other-worldly, down-to-earth, melancholic or happily melancholic.
This Goddess has really gotten in touch with the earth and the beauty of life, nature, love, and the universe. I don't know what Akino Arai does to make such great songs but I'd love to know her secret.
The first song I loved from her was, "Tsuki No Ie", in 1999
I thought that I was listening to an Angel singing. Later in time, I then found more songs by Akino Arai and heard more recent songs. I was blown away by her songs. I still am each time I find a new songs I like by her. It's so hard to really narrow down the songs that are happily melancholic because about 75% of them are Happily Melancholic! Ok, Her album, VHMusic, is filled with a few songs that are really soothing and are Happily Melancholic like, "Blooming Spring", "Little Dream", "Trance Transistor Table Radio (VH Version)" and "Princess of Winter". The rest are soothing songs like, "Yellow Star", "I'd Love To See U", "It's Snowing" and "An Angel Is Smiling".
On Her Album, Eden, Happily Melancholic songs on their are, "New World", with an other-worldly feeling, and "Kamisama no gogo". Soothing/ Melancholic songs are, "Nijiro no wakusei", and "Roundabout Drive". I love Roundabout Drive and New World because Roundabout is so filled with a "weathered" emotion, while New world has that feeling of flying high and motivation.
Then on her other album, Furu Platinum, there's only two songs that really stands out and it's, "Garukei no Raken", a song filled with a "weathered" and "Orange Noel", a down-to-earth track.
A B-side that I really love is called, "Forou Mii", which is a Happily Melancholic track. It builds up from a really quiet beginning to a really upbeat ending. It's great.
The Kakusei Toshi Single was filled with down-to earth songs. Just like the song "Kakusei Toshi", with "Tasogre Wa Mirai De Matsu" and "Pouriinu Pouriinu" the single can put you to sleep if you're not used to really soothing songs.
Luckily, "Kimi e Mukau Hikari", is a pretty upbeat, Happily Melancholic song.
Next up her album, Kouseki Radio, I love this album. There's two Happily Melancholic songs on this album, "Satellite Song", and "Kirei Na Kanjou". Up next is "Sakasami no niji", is probably the most isolated feeling song in her collection. I love it so much.
From her most recent album, "Sora no Sphere", her songs are similar to flying around in the air or hanging around in the nature of the world. I love it.
"Haleakala", the first track on the album, is a great entrance to a wonderful album of Akino's. The build-up, the feeling, all of it gives you a feel of flying. A song to listen to when you're walking around at 5 am. When the morning blue skies are out. I love "Monday, Tuesday", because of the chill melody, and the sounds that makes it feel like an everyday song. It's nice. "Terminal", is great, because it's so upbeat and interesting to listen to.
"Wings of Blue", is the most upbeat song on the album. The backing vocals and the melody as if you're going out to sea. It's cool.
Now the final song I'm going to talk about is, "Natsukashii Umi", because this song is the most happily melancholic song Akino Arai has made so far.
-I love Akino Arai-

The Empress of Happily Melancholy - Dido

The Empress of Happily Melancholy - Dido
In the beginning of her career she had some pretty melancholic demo love songs on her unreleased first album, Odds & Ends, then with her official studio album, No Angel, she really showcased her talents of balancing Happiness and Sadness in "Thank You" and presented, spooky ethereal sounds on "Here With Me" while also showing a vocal attitude on "Hunter". With her first album it had a feeling of sad love and spooky sounds.
Then with her second release Life For Rent, songs like, "Sand In My Shoes", "This Land Is Mine" and "See The Sun" were Happily Melancholic songs. They balanced that Happiness and Sadness in a song. While other songs like, "Life For Rent" and "See You When You're 40", have more of a feeling of realizations and growing up. I love that.
Then her recent third release, Safe Trip Home, took a turn of melancholy with the melodies, lyrics, and vocals, Dido offered on the album. But there's still a small feeling of understanding in some of the songs. Like, "Quiet Times", "Look No Further" and "Us 2 Little Gods".
While other songs are purely melancholic like, "Summer*", "For One Day*", "Grafton Street", "The Day Before The Day" "Let's Do The Things We Normally Do", and "It Comes And Goes".
While the rest were about love and moving on, "Don't Believe In Love", "Never Want To Say It's Love" and "Burnin' Love".
I've noticed that with her ethereal voice and her creative melodies, her songs can be from purely melancholic to happily melancholic. It's as if Happily Melancholy is in her voice. Luckily with that wonderful voice it makes her songs very powerful.I think that's she's an Empress because of her vocals, melodies, and lyrics. She's a really happily melancholic woman. She's growing fast personally, and she's going through the death of her father. That shows great honors of being the Happily Melancholy Empress.

The Queen of Happily Melancholy - Sally Seltmann

The Queen of Happily Melancholy - Sally Seltmann
Sally Seltmann was more Happily Melancholic as New Buffalo than as herself in her recent album, Heart That's Pounding. Mostly with her first album, The Last Beautiful Day, it was so full of happiness, sadness, isolation, and distant feeling that it was a purely happily melancholic album. New Buffalo is the only artist I know that has the most happily melancholic songs in one album.
Songs like, "Recovery", "It'll Be Alright", "Inside", and "While You're Away" are all happily melancholic songs to me. Practically half of the album was happily melancholic while the rest were melancholic love songs and lullabies.
She showcased her balancing skills again on "Cheer Me Up Thank You" and "Harmony To My Heartbeat" but right now I don't know if she's going to be bring back anymore Happily Melancholic songs for me.
But to me she'll still be the Queen of Happily Melancholy.

The Princess of Happily Melancholy - Maria Taylor

I know it's been a while since I've posted anything but I'm done with finals and High School, officially graduated! I'm a High School Grad now! Now I have some free time before I go to my Cruise on June 5th.
There are three royal musicians, that are and remind me of the meaning and definition of being "Happily Melancholic".
*please note that the free downloads are in the paragraphs*
The Princess of Happily Melancholy - Maria Taylor
In all things said, Maria Taylor is kind of a beginner with Happily Melancholy genre. Her first two albums were pretty calm and soothing, more folk and folktronica oriented sounds.
Then she released her third album, Ladyluck and she proved her skills of being a Happily Melancholic Songwriter.
With songs like, It's Time, Green Butterflies & 100, 000 Times, you have to give her credit for her creative ways of balancing two polar opposite emotions in a song.
I hope to see more "HM" songs from her.

Happily Melancholic Favorite #5: Another For The Darkness by Gemma Hayes

Talk, Talk
Empty Sentiment
I Haven't Got The Heart
For Disappointment
I really like this song, Another For The Darkness by Gemma Hayes.

The title at first may seem a little....Dark but the song itself is not.

It's kind of the feeling of upbeat melody with sad lyrics.

For me the song hits me on a personal level.

I think the reason why I like this song so much is because of the lyrics.

The lyrics are filled with hints of disappointment and confusion and also a hint of trying to help.

All that roll it into one and that's a great way to sum up my feelings these past couple of days.
Anyways, here's Another For The Darkness by Gemma Hayes.

Lyrical Snippets Hitting Home
Stop Looking At Me That Way
This line is related to a person who always talk about me behind my back and looks at me and makes me feel like crap for doing one little thing. It hurts.
Tired of The Fight
This hits me personally because I feel as if I always have to end up in an argument with another person just to prove to them that I didn't do whatever they thought I did. I just feel too weak to argue anymore.
Well, I Don't Understand You Better Than Most
I Am Just You Friend, With Troubles Of My Own
This is realated to one of my friends whom i keep sacrificing everything to but people still think that I abuse him or torture him because well, he tells people that. So, now I feel as if he expects me to understand him better than others because we're friends.
Truth is, I don't.
I won't be able to and I can't just stop everything and feel the same way you're feeling every time.
These Days I'm Surrounded By People I Don't Even Like
That is true I am but it's not everyone, just most of the people I don't like.

I don't think I'll be talking very much after today or tomorrow or the next week, cause what's the point of talking to people with my problems, troubles, and worries if I have to deal with it myself.
I'm going to have to get used to that.
I just hope that at least one day this year I'll have a good day with friends/family, fun, and laughter. I just really need a good day.
I want to smile more, I don't want to keep getting Anger shakes, feelings of loneliness and experience actions of disappointment anymore.
I just don't.

My Favorite Song: It's Time by Maria Taylor -Personally Explained-

It's Time*
Love Me Bad Idea Oh No Flashback.
Personally for me it's more, "Don't love me, cause I'll just push you away".
Whisper I Barely Hear Okay Now Come Back.
For me it's "Inner voice I barely hear, please come back.
Hold (Let Me Down) Myself Up (Let Me Down)
For Each Let Down.

For this line it's a long story, basically to sum it up, I hold my head up high while people let me down all the time.
It Aches (Let Me Down) But It Feels Good (Let Me Down)
A Mistake (Let Me Down) Is Understood Now

At times in my life, when I am very sad I feel pain that aches and to me it feels good because I'm never able to feel sadness all the time. Most times in my life it is held in. Also, most times in my life I understand the mistakes I make or do.
It's Time, Can You Feel It? I'm Making A Change
There's A World I Need To Know

I feel the changes I'm making in my life and the changes of life itself, while I also want to see the world and do something better for the world too.
It's Time, Can You Feel It? I'm Making A Change
I Learned To Let It Go

I'm learning to let things go more, to free myself of the bad and focus more on the good.
I Don't Know You, But I Want To Now Oh No Flashback
This line is more about me my inner self and how I don't know much about me, myself because I've put myself aside to please people all the time. To see they're smiling faces, to put on that Seven Day Smile.
Careful, I'm Barely Here Okay, Now Come Back
Basically saying that my true self is barely shown and at most times it will go away whenever I'm around people afraid of what they might think if I show them my true self.
Hold (Let Me Down) Myself Up (Let Me Down)
For Each Let Down.
It Breaks (Let Me Down) But It Feels Good (Let Me Down)
Separate (Let Me Down) I Knew It Would Now
This basically describes my friendship with people that took advantage of me cause I'd help them all the time. Our friendship would break and we'll eventually separate cause they weren't friends with me just my "helpful" side.
It's Time, Can You Feel It? I'm Making A Change
There's A World I Need To Know

It's Time, Can You Feel It? I'm Making A Change
I Learned To Let You Go
This last part is expressing my feelings of letting the people I "love" go, because why keep being with them when all they do is let me down and they just expect me to repay them with kindness or respect when I don't really get a break and when I do I don't even ask for it. I have to do a lot of things by myself so if I have to go alone I'll be fine with that.

7th Happily Melancholic Song: It's Time by Maria Taylor

After 18 years of listening to music, I have finally found my favorite song. It's Time by Maria Taylor. Every line I hear from the song hits me at the right spot, the melodies speak to me and makes my soul fly and my smile grow wide, the hushed vocals tugs at my heart and motivates me to feel the emotion I have inside me. Every little thing about this song is perfect. I just love it.
I remember that I was listening to this song when I thought up of Happily Melancholic. The song has everything that's personal to me. It's Melancholic with an upbeat melody also it's about personal strength. I really love this song. If I didn't have this song in my collection I probably would still be the passive guy that I used to be.

Melancholy In Love Pt. V: Flood by Hurts to Purr

Come on, bring me a flood
Come on, bring me a code red warning
My baby and me need a tragedy
I like Hurts to Purr, but my favorite song from them is Flood. I love this song so much. It takes you and moves you, like the Sea. I think this song is what Melancholy In Love is all about.
Liz Pappademas's voice along with the melody arrangement of Tom Benton & Jeremy Bruch just makes Flood perfect. The lyrics are really saddening and each time when I listen to the song I think of rain on a normal dark spring day. Lying back on your bed thinking of so much that's making you feel down. This song hits me personally. Whenever I listen to it I'm taking away. It's just that good. I think if you love piano you'll love this song.
I don't really know what else to say for this song. It's too great to describe. If you've never really listened to music like this before it might not move you at first but give it time. You'll be swayed.

I can't believe I'd wish for so much suffering
But it's better than this nothing
Bring me anything, oh, to get my baby and me together again
Here's Flood by Hurts to Purr

Melancholy In Love Pt. IV: Algo Esta Cambiando [Something's Changing] by Julieta Venegas

Man, I don't know why I love the sounds of Julieta Venegas but she is winning my heart song by song. One of her songs, "Algo Esta Cambiando", is a great song about a relationship that is at first glance the same but if you look closely something's changing.
I love this song and I love this artist. I found out about Julieta Venegas from Nelly Furtado when she was on Furtado's song, "Baja Otro Luz [Under Another Light]". Hearing Furtado, Venegas, and La Mala Rodriguez singing, "El Color De Mi Vida Cambio Desde Que Tu Llegaste [The Color Of My Life Changed When You Arrived]" Back and forth like they were in a conversation was magical. It made the song a great one. If they collaborate again I'm buying the song, no questions asked. Anyways, moving on.....
Julieta Venegas treats her songs like children. You can just hear how much work has been put together for each song and Algo Esta Cambiando must have taken her weeks to put together. To make the song just right. The song itself is great to listen to.
I feel like I'm "in love" and then losing love when I listen to the song. Fading out of a relationship that was not working with me emotionally. I love that. I love how a song can take me and swoop me into a lovely story. It's great to hear songs like that.
All in All, I think this song is a great one, very close to a perfect song. For all music lovers out there if you love Perfect Pop you'll love Julieta Venegas. Especially the song, Algo Esta Cambiando. It's got a 97% out of 100% in the "Perfect Pop" Meter.
With vocalizing, hooks, and a chorus that'll echo in your head anytime anywhere, if America was very open to foreign music this song would top charts. But sadly that's not the case. Oh well, At least it top Latin Charts. Go on with your Spanish self Bonita!
While I listened to Julieta since January 2010, I've been having a lot of thought about what kind of music I like. I love so much music but I'm also picky at the same time. In middle school I thought I liked Indie Music but I don't. Cause the Decemberists piss me off and Vampire Weekend are annoying sometimes to me. And so on and so on.
I think that I like Pop.
Perfect Pop, not Popular Pop that sucks.
Good Pop that takes you and makes you want more.
Pop that's catchy.
Pop that tells a story.
Pop that takes you away.
Pop that makes people feel.
Pop that just makes you feel human.
I've explored through English, French, and Asian Pop since I was 8. I didn't know much about Latin Pop until 2009.
You know, I think that I wouldn't have explored Latin Pop Music if it wasn't for Nelly Furtado's 2009 album, Mi Plan. Also, I wouldn't have found out about Julieta Venegas without Furtado's help. Thank you, Nelly Furtado!

Happily Nostalgic 2: Strawberry Swing by Coldplay

You know, when Coldplay released their recent album, Viva La Vida or Death & All His Friends, I didn't really want to have anything to do with it at first. Mostly because Violet Hill was ok and Viva La Vida never really moved me so I never really got into it like how the rest of the world did.
Then one day, I saw an advertisement for a new Bat For Lashes song. So, I checked it out and then I saw a list of music videos so I looked through and saw the Strawberry Swing music video. I watched it and was so amazed by the graphics and the design that I almost completely tuned out the song. After that I didn't really listen to the song again for about 7 months. I started listening to the song again because I was making mix CDs for some friends and stumbled upon it in my music collection. Just to say, I have so music that I don't really have time to remember every song I have. It's like having a Pandora on my Zune whenever I put all the songs on shuffle. So, I listened to Strawberry Swing again (audio only) and it moved me. The song was so nostalgic with the melody, sounds, and lyrics that it took me back to being a kid again. I really liked it.
After a couple of days of "re-discovering" Strawberry Swing, I watched the movie, My Sister's Keeper. During the last scene I was listening to Strawberry Swing in one ear while intensely watching the movie and the little girl Anna (Abigail Breslin) was going on about how no one did anything special for Kate (Sofia Vassilieva). She just died.
At first I was really sad by that. You lose someone you love and nothing really special happens for them.
People who are still living get monuments made after them all the time and don't deserve it and the good people that die are forgotten by everyone. Except for the loved ones, for the good people will always (unintentionally) leave an empty space in their families hearts.
Basically what I'm saying is that watching the last scene while listening to Strawberry really tugged my heart. My heart was tugged so hard that it was a sudden pull. A pull waiting to happen ever since my grandma died.
That pull must have been waiting for 15 years! This movie will tug at your heart too if you've lost someone that was really close to you. No matter how little you were when they passed away. I was 3 years old when my granny died and it still affects me to this day. She was a very good person. Granny is a saint if you compare her to Della Reese. That's how great of a person she was.

Anyways.....On with the music....

Strawberry Swing is such an ending song, an ending of a life song. The feeling you have when you listen to it, that feeling of nostaligia and memories of life before you passed. It's really moving and personal for many listeners of Coldplay.
I could go on and on about this song right now but I shouldn't, cause then I'll ramble on.

Here's Strawberry Swing by Coldplay.

Melancholy In Love Pt. III: I Know by Algebra Blessett

I'm sorry, it's been a month. I've been gone for a whole month cause it was Black History Month. I love celebrating it. I was rediscovering R&B, Hip-Hop, and Rap music through February and I was watching a lot of Black TV Shows. God, they're addicting. I love being black. Anyways....
I love the vocal sounds of Algebra. To me, Ms. Blessett does a great job with her Pure R&B sounds and Pure R&B vocals. Lyrics that are true and filled with emotions. My favorite song of her's is, "I Know". The melodies and the beats of I Know are amazing. This song is on the Girlfriends Soundtrack. This song reminds me of the show Girlfriends but it also reminds me of myself. Growing, Learning and Knowing.
Here's I Know by Algebra Blessett

Hope you enjoy the song!

I didn't make this video but I really like it. I had to share it with you guys.

Now I Know...........

Why I don't like talking to men that much. Almost every time I talk to a guy or hang out with one, they piss me off. Either by being really stupid, or really annoying. Plus with adult men it's more serious. From getting upset with me in believing in God the wrong way or getting disgusted with me because I'm not like all the other guys. I can't stand it. I'm in my room right now listening to a lot strong female vocal songs. Most of them from the Touched By An Angel Soundtrack. I love women. I love hanging out with strong, smart, independent women. I feel great when I do. They're kind of my security.
When ever a man pisses me off I go watch Roseanne or The L Word, Xena, or listen to the Touched By An Angel Soundtrack or a lot of songs with female vocals. I always try to get along with men, but it doesn't really work. I can't even stand to listen to male singers. That's how much I don't really like men. I think I might be a little misandric. Yet, there are some men that I get along with. But it's about 3. That's it. Not good huh?
I just wanted to have a fun year and a MAN had to screw it up. At this rate I'll be right back into square one when it comes to socializing with people. I just want to live my life. Why can I just have that much?

What Should I Do?

It's so strange that I don't like men even though I am a man.

6th Happily Melancholic Song: It Doesn't Feel Like Christmas by Sam Phillips

I'm sure some of you have heard of Sam Phillips infamous Long Play deal she's got going on this year. Basically she's giving subscribers a year of free music for 52$! 5 Digital EPs, Bonus Tracks/Rarities, Outtakes, Blog, Journal, Radio Talk, and so much more. Plus, she's giving her subscribers a free full-length digital album of her upcoming album. Set to release this fall. I know that it's a little late to post a Christmas song. But, you know what, I was broke during Christmas so I couldn't subscribe. I subscribed Thursday night and I feel like I've gotten my money's worth. Sam Phillips are so generous. You know, I've noticed that it's usually women that offer their music for free more than men. That's why I check on my female artists before the males. They don't give you much unless it was promoted on TV. Then they'll start giving a song(s) away.
ANYWAYS................On with the song.
It Doesn't Feel Like Christmas makes me smile but makes me feel really sad at the same time because.....Well, if you ever watched Gilmore Girls and you heard Sam Phillips vocalizing to a melody. For example....

I love that la la.
Well the songs reminds me of Gilmore Girls which makes me happy. (You know, I sometimes think that the only reason why I really like Sam Phillips is because her voice reminds me of Gilmore Girls.) I miss that show. It was supposed to have 8 seasons, not 7! Anyways, the reason why it makes me so sad is because it reminds me that even though I had a good Christmas last year it'll be bad this year. I just feel it in my bones. Plus the lyrics are so sad and yet the vocals are so sweet. Especially the vocalizing parts. Sam Phillips really knows how to hit home sometimes.

5th Happily Melancholic Song: Harmony To My Heartbeat by Sally Seltmann

Dreams They Come & Go, This Is One I've Had Forever I Know.

I don't know how Sally does it. She just writes a song with hope and happiness mixed with uncertainty and sadness. She's the Happily Melancholic Queen. I loved her work as New Buffalo and now she's releasing her next album with her real name. She may have changed her name but her music, lyrics, and vocals are still just as heavenly as before. She's mixed the sounds of piano and acoustic guitar (Main instruments used for the Somewhere, Anywhere album as New Buffalo) with her Casio keyboard and synth and lo-fi sounds (Main instruments for The Last Beautiful Day). She's grown so much since her first release About Last Night. I love this artist.

Melancholy In Love Pt. II: The Love Bug by M-flo loves BoA

The cover of Astromantic.

I've been really addicted to pop lately. I think I'm taking a break musically or something. It's either that or I'm just craving pop. I've been from Korea to Japan, France to Latin America & more. Pretty much all over the world except for the US. I think I've grown tired of English songs.
Anyways, I really like this song now because it really helped me write this one book I'm writing. I love songs that help me write. Especially when I'm brainstorming.
I love when I'm brainstorming. It's like I'm high on creativity. I'm off the walls one minute and then I'm productive the next! Who needs drugs when you're doing things that you love! Anyways...
